The Saratoga County Public Health Department and its team of contact tracers have noticed a troubling increase in COVID-19 cases among young adults in their 20s and 30s. In the month of July, 41 percent of the positive cases were individuals between the ages of 21 and 39. While the virus has primarily affected older individuals, the recent statistics are showing that younger adults are still at risk. It can make anyone sick and cause permanent disabilities or death.
