The COVID 19 pandemic and NY On PAUSE have created a great deal of hardship for many of our neighbors. The generosity of the many people who have volunteered and donated to the cause of assisting people in our community has been inspiring. The three food drives for the CAPTAIN Food Pantry were very successful and dozens of volunteers have contributed to the Town expanding services for our seniors. In the last several weeks, we have received donations of protective masks from people in our community such as Bin Du, Albany Telugu and the Chinese Community Center of the Capital Region.
